Sunday 7:30 am - 9 am
Monday 7:30 pm - 9 pm
Wednesday 7:30 pm - 9 pm
Optional Pilates stretching developed by Certified Pilates Instructor, Ava Taylor, from 7:00 - 7:25 before practice. Please bring proper athletic tops and bottoms with your own yoga mat.
There will be no practices on Holidays and pool cancellations listed for the WIATC.
