Practice Schedule

Sunday 8:30 am - 10 am 'NO DRYLAND'

Monday 7:30 pm - 9 pm

Wednesday 7:30 pm - 9 pm

Optional Pilates stretching developed by Certified Pilates Instructor, Ava Taylor, from 7:00 - 7:25 before practice on Monday and Wednesdays only. Please bring proper athletic tops and bottoms with your own yoga mat.

There will be no practices on Holidays and pool cancellations listed for the WIATC.
